-This is a know issue if you've changed host computers and re-activated for a new host.
If you changed hosts you may need to add a new admin user or other user role to kick start the backup option. Changing host computers affects the license privileges which are tied into the admin account (open access) so with the host change you might have blocked an admin setting.
Create a new admin account and see if it works.Preferences> Backup tab: You have peer-to-peer so select that tab and check what the User ROLE is that's set to do backups. Admin is selected by defaullt but you can check off as many in the window you want.
Check that the time frame for a backup request to occur is ANYTIME. Any other time frame means that the particular user would have to log out during that time frame to receive the backup request.
In Users: make sure that a user ROLE is selected. Selecting Admin gives the user all the Role privileges by default but you have the option of choosing multiple user Roles that can backup
After confirming, you have a backup user and the time is correct, try log out with Crate Pro (do not simply click on the X to close the program), then on the log out screen click the red X to close the program, release the DAL and, hopefully, kick off the backup request.

The above solution should work. Please let me know if you have the same issue and it doesn't work for you.
