This is not an error.
In the Users module, each user that will be considered a 'Salesperson must have 'Salesperson' checked as one of their Roles. You'll get the <No Values Defined?> if none of your users has the role of Salesperson
Users can have multiple roles. The roles will give them access to the various Home screens.
