Duplicating Designs drops materials from Packing > Other (build 171215)

Build 171215: 

When a design is duplicated, if there are items in the Packing > Other tab, they don't carry forward into the duplicated design.

I duplicated a design, B101085.  Went into the new design, B101086, I found the "Other" items/materials empty.  I then went back to the design I copied from, B101085, and found the "Other" had duplicated all the materials.  As a check I printed the cut sheet, B101085, and found it to be correct.

A ticket has been created for this and we expect to see a mini-release as soon as possible.
