I have fixed pricing for some customers but want to see correct material costs

With  one large customer I have about 100 standard (stock) crates which have a fixed (agreed) price. My material costs of those STANDARD crates might go UP or DOWN but the sales price needs to stay the SAME.

I would like to see the correct material cost for those stock crates without changing the fixed price.

To handle the fixed selling price you can enter the fixed price in the Override Price Each field in the Design on the Pricing tab.  Doing so will show an indicator that special pricing exists, i.e. the price is locked. The same indicator will appear on the line item when you add this design to a Project.  The current indicator is an ice cream cone.

When locking the price, both the selling price and cost locks so if you want to see the updated costs, in the design ->pricing tab, simply unlock the design and lock it again

To remove fixed pricing click on the field in the design and hit backspace or delete.
