New Field to Show ID when Internal Components are Used

Inside dimensions are based on panel to panel dimension. The addition of internal components such as headers, load members, joists and floater decks may reduce the actual available space inside the crate but do not change the called out inside dimensions. Currently the reduced available space is determined manually.
If there is enough interest we will look to add an additional field in the design Weights and Dims tab to allow users to select to see 'Adjusted Space' versus the Inside DImensions.

For medium duty and heavy duty styles the published standards show the ID calculated as "wall to wall". However if Headers are used the actual ID is lower. In CP5 the ID on crates with Headers was based on the ID inside the headers.
Add a field for those styles that use headers to determine an Adjusted ID.
