If you calculate by Content Dimensions you can ignore the More Dimensions tab The fields should be grayed on the More Dimensions tab because the values you entered in the main dimension tab take priority.
When you calculate by Inside Dimensions you should be able to change the 'More Dimensions' values up to the size of the Inside Dimensions. Changes should increase or reduce the Clear Area you see around the image. Based on the Clear Area value you set in Preferences>Settings, Crate Pro will calculate the Content Dimension.
The Clear Area values are used when you calculate a Floater Deck, Wrapping and Loose fill.
