My Design module History tab is not showing the Year in the date field.

How do I see the year in the history?? The date field is truncated.

Your screen dimension is not set correctly.

The Module Icons should extend to the bottom of the left column without any gray space between the bottom of the Preferences module and Version information section. If you do then you manually dragged the FileMAker window to change its size but didn't adjust the Crate Pro window running inside the FileMaker window.

You can try a few things and decide which is better:

  •  At bottom left of screen change the ZOOM to 150% then adjust the FIleMaker window  to show the entire Crate Pro window.  The Zoom level will convert back to the logged in Users default when you go to a new screen so if you like the new Zoom level go to the User module change it for each user - logout-log in to make the changes take effect.

  • If you prefer the image dimensions when you drag or make larger  the FIleMaker WIndow (which will change the CP6 window dimension as well) then look for the MAXIMIZE button on the Crate Pro window so that based on the stretched FileMaker window, CP6 can adjust its window. There is a FileMaker Minimize /Maximize/Close button as well as a Crate Pro Minimize/Maximize/Close button on the upper right of each window. This is similar to opening a spreadsheet inside Excel - you can adjust the size of an individual spreadsheet so it takes up more or less of the screen.
