There are a few things to check

  • A design must be Locked to appear (the yellow lock button near the top/middle). The lock does a recheck of your settings to confirm pricing/weights and times based on any changes you made.
  • If you enter a Customer name in the design - it must match the customers name in the Project. The middle icon is 'customer specific designs'. This allows you to create designs that may have unique properties for a specific customer. It prevents users from accidentally selecting that design in a Project for a different customer.
  • Your drop down has limited space so you may need use the scroll bar on the right, or in the case of inventory items, click on the 3 dots located at the bottom of the window. You can start to type the Item ID of the design and Crate Pro will filter to it. Giving your designs an easily identifiable name is beneficial when you want to reuse them.
  • Designs that have been made into Templates will not appear here - To access a template to create a new design you would go to Designs > New > Templates, This creates a duplicate of the template design while protecting the template from accidental changes a user might make. The design that is created from the template can now be modified as desired.
